Lucia had a gerbera theme for her wedding. A lover of chocolate and art deco, we incorporated this into the design of each cake, creating two designs which, when combined with the chocolate colour variants, white dark and milk chocolate, gave us plenty of variety. The gerbera colours were to be vibrant, which I think you'll agree we achieved.

If you're looking for inspiration for 'do it yourself'  then a word of caution - these cakes are extremely delicate to put together , and a god working knowledge of chocolate is required; not for the faint hearted!!
