of the Bride & Groom
Thank you very much for all your hard work, the cake was
absolutely magnificent, there was not one person at the wedding
who didn't comment on it! many presumed that the quality of the
cake would be compromised as it looked so perfect! Boy oh boy,
didn't they get a shock!!!! The lemon sponge was mind-blowing,
Jerry and I didn't get any, but there are enough testimonials to
confirm that it was a big hit. We didn't get any of the lower
tiers either until we arrived back from honeymoon two weeks
later, as the cake was so large the middle tier was left
untouched, so we are munching our way through it and sending
some on to guests who unfortunately couldn't make it on the day.
I need to ask you if you know of anyone who can preserve our
sugar flowers and mount them into display cases to hang on the
wall. It would be sacrilegious to not save them, we would like
one and so would my new parents-in-law. As you are the
undisputed expert in this field, we thought it logical to ask.
Also, Jerry's sister attended our wedding and she is the top
wedding organiser in Florence Italy, she caters for alot of
Americans and socialites. She has asked us for your details, and
if we knew if you could supply for her. I have e-mailed her your
details today, as I thought it best she deal with you directly.

The decorations on the cake were magnificent. We had people
touching the flowers as they were unsure whether they were real
or not. The taste of the cake was out of this world, there was
