Having returned to Istanbul both Jack and I would like to thank you again for the most amazing "temple of Heaven" cake creation you managed to produce for our big day. Our Chinese visitor could not believe her eyes when she finally found out what the postcards she had sent were meant for and what the stunning outcome was. In fact many guests did not realise till the cutting of the cake at 23.00hrs that it actually was a cake! We managed to get the temple to Istanbul in one piece with just a few bits broken off, which should be mendable and we will now try to find a safe place to display it.
