Dear Franziska We would like to take this
opportunity to express our gratitude for making our wedding cake, particularly
allowing for the gluten free cake tier for Jason. The gluten free tier was
extremely tasty and one could not tell the difference between that and the 'normal'
fruitcake. The Lemon, Chocolate and Fruit tiers were delicious and the icing
and intricate design was superb! Guests to our wedding actually remarked that
our wedding cake was the finest they had seen and tasted! We would have no
hesitation in recommending you to other couples when choosing their cake maker.
